How To Recognise Love Body Language

If you want to know if a person loves you without even asking, you need to learn how to read love body language. Contrary to common belief, determining if someone loves you or not isn’t too difficult.

No matter how hard a person may try to hide his or her true feelings for another person, body language can never lie. It only requires you to open your eyes and pay attention to some signs.

Take note though that only one sign is not enough to be sure it’s the real thing. You need more than one sign before you can presume the other person’s feelings are really love.

Understanding the Different Kinds of Love Body Language 

Learn the love body language through the following signs:

• Focus: Do you notice that you’re focusing and paying attention when you're interested in someone? And your attention just wanders when you’re not? So, look for the same things from someone to tell if he or she is interested in you. Notice if the person looks at you when you’re talking, or keeps looking out the window or watches other guys or girls.

• Dilated eyes: When a person gets excited about something or someone, the pupils of his or her eyes usually dilate. To know if the person is excited to see you or talk to you. So observe if his or her pupils look really big.

• Lip and Mouth Activities: Gently biting or licking one’s lip shows that a girl is interested. These may be done unconsciously. However, some deliberately do this just to flirt.

• Hair: One way to show you’re interested is by fiddling and playing with your hair. Guys do it by running their hands through their hair, while girls wrap their fingers with their hair. Careful not to twirl your hair though, as this looks like a sign of boredom or preoccupation.

• Arms and Hands: Hands that are closed or arms that are crossed are a clear indication that a girl is not comfortable, unless it’s very cold. Palms up or arms that are open means she’s less defensive and can indicate a sign of trust.

• Legs: Sitting with legs crossed doesn't indicate she’s not interested. Women normally do this anyway. Rather, concentrate on the toes because they have the tendency to react to body energy. When a person is feeling bored and listless, the toes just lay there. And when a person is excited and energetic, they might move around in small circles or bounce. Toes pointed towards a man may also indicate that the woman is interested in him.

• The Voice: Tone of voice and the way someone talks is a very good indicator. You can immediately tell whether a person is bored or excited, interested or not interested. Observe your own speech first and then listen how their speech changes. A person who wants to get along with you will naturally match your speech pattern. And you can show interest by using the same tone, volume, and speed.

Falling in love is a wonderful feeling, but telling if someone shares the same feeling can be a bit tricky. So it’s very important to understand love body language first and have a discerning eye.
